Frequently asked Questions about Embace hats
Size

What is the size of the hat?
All hats are available in one size. A size that fits from child to adult and suitable for both men and women. There are even pets that fit it 🙂

Shipping

What are the shipping costs?
Within the Netherlands we ship every order for free.
Outside the Netherlands but within Europe and the United Kingdom, shipping costs are 5 euros.
And outside Europe and the UK we charge 9 euros shipping costs.

To which countries do we ship?
Our hats are sent almost everywhere in the world and always with ‘Track & Trace’ so that it is clear where the sent package is.
We’ll even send hats to Fiji if we have to!

How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.

Delivery

How long does delivery take?
Shipping within the Netherlands takes 2 to 3 business days. Within Europe and the UK it takes an average of 3 to 5 business days and outside of Europe 8 to 12 business days.

Can I track my order?
Yes, as soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number with which you can follow the progress of your package.

Returns

What is Mr. Danscott’s return policy?
You can return unused and undamaged items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

How can I return an item?
You can register an item that you want to return by sending an email to: retour@mr-danscott.nl. We will then contact you as soon as possible.

Are there any costs associated with returning an item?
Return costs are the current shipping costs of a letterbox package, unless it is an error by Mr. Danscott, for example an incorrect or damaged item.

How long does it take to get my money back?
As soon as we have received and checked your return, the amount will be refunded to your account within 7 working days.

Size

What is the size of the printed artworks?
All ordered reproduction artworks are printed in the format 70 cm wide by 90 cm high. This size fits well in (own purchase) existing frames and/or passe partouts.

What are the shipping costs?
All purchased Mr. Danscott reproduction prints includes worldwide shipping costs and are sent by you in a hardcarboard postertube.
